Here’s the full result of “November 2019 Midwife Board Exam Result” also known as “Midwives Licensure Examination” which is posted here, officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The midwifery examination result includes the list of passers, top passers or top notchers, top-performing, and performance of schools.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL PASSERS!!!

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,068 out of 2,219 passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this November 2019. 

The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Alejandro R. San Pedro, Chairman; Dr. Remy B. Dequiña, Dr. Josephine H. Hipolito, Dr. Lolita I. Dicang and Ms. Rhodora L. Lopez, Members.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Professional Regulatory Board of Midwifery administered the midwife Board Exam on November 2 and 3, 2019 in the following cities of Baguio, Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.


RESULT SUMMARY


RATING IN THE BOARD EXAM

To be qualified as having passed the board examination for midwives, a candidate must obtain a general rating of seventy-five percent (75%) in the written test with no grade lower than fifty percent (50%) in any subject.


RELEASE DATE

Based on PRC Resolution No. 2018-1127 Series of 2018, entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for the Year 2019”, the target release date for the result for November 2019 Midwife Board Exam will be expected on November 6, 2019. However, the result may be released earlier or later without prior notice.


EXAMINATION COVERAGE

The two (2) days Midwifery examination covered the following topics: Obstetrics, Fundamentals of health care, Infant care and feeding, Primary health care, and professional growth and development.

The following are integrated with the mentioned subjects: Fundamental of Sociology, Principle of Bacteriology, General Anatomy and Physiology, General Psychology, Nutrition, Parasitology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology.
