RESULTS: April 2019 Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) & Master Electricians (RME) Board Exams

MANILA, the Philippines – Congratulations to all passers! The result in the ‘April 2019 Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) & Registered Master Electricians (RME) Board Exam’ is released online by the authority.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,600 out of 2,548 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,093 out of 3,728 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban this April 2019. The members of the Board of Electrical Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Francis V. Mapile, Chairman and Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza, Member. The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Professional Regulatory Board for Electrical Engineering administered the Registered Electrical Engineers Board Exam (REE) last April 15 & 16, 2019 and Registered Master Electricians Board Exam (RME) last April 17, 2019 in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban.

RESULT SUMMARY


DATE OF RELEASE

Based on PRC Resolution No. 2018-1127 Series of 2018, entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for the Year 2019”, the target release date for the result of April 2019 Registered Electrical Engineer & Master Electricians Board Exam will be set on April 24, 2019. However, the result may be released earlier or later without prior notice.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced soon, and it will be done online. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
  • Notice of Admission, duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  • 2 pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag) and
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATION RESULTS

September 2018

A total of  3,135 out of 4,697 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,649 out of 4,251 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban and Zamboanga. April 2018

The last examination, with a total of 1,315 out of 2,523 Registered Electrical Engineers and 1,831 out of 3,656 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban.

Jayson Butad Bonajos of Bohol Island State University – Tagbilaran got the top score for RME with a score of 93.00%. While a proud graduate of the University of the Philippines – Los Baños got the highest score in the REE examination with a score of 92.,75%.

Also, PRC declared University of the Philippines – Los Baños as top performing schools for Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination result and De La Salle University-Lipa for Registered Master Electrician Board Exam result. See the full list details here

September 2017

A total of  2,807 out of 4,460 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,643 out of 3,864 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the licensure examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Zamboanga this September 2017. Clint Kenneth Untayao Reducto of Capiz State University (CSU-Main) led the passers for REE board exam with the score of 93.00. See the full list of REE top 10 passers. While a pride grad of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College (CSPC-Nabua) got the highest score in the RME examination, he is Edilbert Vallecera Tandaan, scored 91.80. April 2017

A total of 994 out of 2,213 Registered Electrical Engineers successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban last April 2017. Kent Meyles Malones Samaranos, a graduate of Mindanao State University (MSU-Gen. Santos City) got the highest place in the April 2017 REE examination, which garnered the score of 90.90%. See the full list of top passers
