Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release the ‘September 2017 Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) Board Exam Result’ also known as ‘Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination Result’. On this page, the list of passers, top 10 (top-notchers), top performing and performance of schools will post here once the official result is set online.

PRC together with the Professional Regulatory Board for Electrical Engineering administered the Registered Electrical Engineers Board Exam in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban and Zamboanga on September 2 (Saturday) and 3 (Sunday), 2017.

Passers REE September 2017 Registered Electrical Engineer Board Exam Result

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,807 out of 4,460 Registered Electrical Engineers successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Zamboanga this September 2017.

The members of the Board of Electrical Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Francis V. Mapile, Chairman, and Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza, Member.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.


RESULTS SUMMARY

PASSING RATE

To be a registered electrical engineer, the exam taker must have obtained an average of at least seventy-five percent (75%) in all subjects, with no rating below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.

DATE OF RELEASE

Based on PRC Resolution No. 2016-1019 Series of 2016, entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for the Year 2017”, the target release date for the result of September 2017 Registered Electrical Engineer Board Exam will be on September 7, 2017 (Thursday). However, the result may be released earlier or later without prior notice.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS

www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  • 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations will be announced later.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATION RESULT

April 2017

A total of 994 out of 2,213 Registered Electrical Engineers successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban last April 2017. Kent Meyles Malones Samaranos, a graduate from Mindanao State University (MSU-Gen. Santos City) got the highest place in the April 2017 REE examination, with garnered the score of 90.90%. See the full list of top passers

Also, PRC declared  Batangas State University (BSU – Batangas City (PBMIT)) and Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT-Manila) as top performing schools in the said examination. See the detail of top performing & performance of schools

September 2016

Last September 2016 examination, a total of 2,817 out of 4,115 Registered Electrical Engineers successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination took place in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena.

PRC declared the University of Santo Tomas (UST) as top performing schools with 65 out of 66 examinees are passed with 98.48% passing rate. See the full list of top performing schools

A graduate of Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) who garnered the highest places in the REE exam result. He is Alfred Isaac Rondina Ajo, scored 92.40 percent. followed by an alum of Pangasinan State University (PSU-Urdaneta), Holy Angel University University of Southeastern Philippines – Davao, Bulacan State University – Malolos and five others top passers.
