The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 798 out of 3,141 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Tacloban this July 2017. The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Professional Regulatory Board of Master Plumbers administered the aforementioned examination last July 24 & 25, 2017 in selected testing center located in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban.
To be a registered master plumber, the candidate must have obtained an average of at least seventy-five percent (75%) in all subjects, with no rating below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.
DATE OF RELEASE
The two (2) days master plumbers examination covered the following topics: Plumbing Arithmetic (10%); Sanitation, Plumbing Design and Installation (40%); Plumbing Code (10%); and Practical Problems (40%).
February 2017 Examination Results
Last February 2017, a total of 478 out of 1,210 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers and PRC in Manila, Baguio, and Iloilo. The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination. See the full list of passer
From UP-Diliman graduate, Carlo Ray Rivera Selabao got the highest place for the February 2017 master plumber examination with the rating score of 83.40-percent. While Khyla Marielle Paguio Caldo of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in the second place with 83.00-percent and Alvin Cortez Tusi of Mapua Institute of technology – Manila in the third place with 82.60-percent. PRC declared Bicol University – Legazpi as top performing schools with a passing percentage of 85.71%.
July 2016 Examination Results
With a total of 884 out of 2,545 examinees passed the master plumber board exam. It was held in cities of Manila, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi last July 2016. See the full list of passer
University of the Philippines (UP – Mindanao) declared as the top performing school having 8 out of 9 board exam takers passed or 88.89% overall passing rate.
Feliciano Maddawin Galupo Jr., a pride alum of Isabela State University – Ilagan topped the master plumber board exam with garnering 83.80% rating. He was followed by Jerome Dioquino Balanoyos from Bicol University Industrial Technology (Bucit) – Legazpi with 82.60% and Marcus Ceazar Villavicencio Austria of Cavite State University (Don Severino Agricultural College), 82.10%.
