The list of examinee’s school assignment in Region 12 (Soccsksargen) for August 2017 Civil Service Exam for Professional & SubProfessional levels also known as Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) are available here, once the official list is out online.

The aforementioned civil service exam is the second set of examination to be conducted by Civil Service Commission for the year 2017. It will be taking place in all regions of the country which be held on Sunday of August 6, 2017.

CSC Regional Office of Region 12 (Soccsksargen) will administer the examination of CSE-PPT for professional and subprofessional levels. This will be held in selected schools in Cotabato City, Kidapawan City, Koronadal City and General Santos City.

Another option to find your school assignment is through the Online Notice of School Assignment (ONSA). In this system, the examinees must provide their personal information, such as Name, Date of Birth, Email, and Mobile No, then select the Region (where he/she filed his/her application) and Examination Level.

August 6, 2017 – Civil Service Exam CSE-PPT ONSA (Online Notice of School Assignment) portal is now activated.

If examinees cannot access the ONSA and/or still do not know their school assignment one week before examination day, they should verify or inquire directly with the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned. A complete directory of CSC Regional/Field Offices nationwide is available at the CSC website


Examinees must become early in their assigned school on examination day. Testing venues will be open to examinees starting 6 a.m.

Gates of testing venues will be closed to examinees at 7:30 a.m. Examinees that arrive later than 7:30 a.m. will NOT be admitted.

Examinees must bring the following items:

  1. I.D. card – preferably the same I.D. card presented during filing of application even if already expired by the time/date of examination. If the I.D. card to be presented for admission is different from the I.D. card presented during filing of application, the examinee must present any of the other accepted ID cards listed in Item D(3) above, in which case, the I.D. card must be valid (not expired);

    Note: The NO I.D., NO EXAMINATION Rule is strictly implemented.

  2. Original of PSA/LCR issued Birth Certificate printed on Security Paper (if I.D. card has no date of birth);

  3. Application Receipt with CSC Official Receipt (if available);

  4. Notice of School Assignment generated through ONSA (as applicable);

  5. Black Ball Pen/s; and. Water, or preferred beverage (except alcoholic beverage) placed in a clear/transparent container, and/or candies/biscuits, is subject to inspection by the Room Examiner/Proctor.


All examinees who failed to take the examination on their date scheduled; Examination fee, and slot will be forfeited. Re-scheduling of examination date is NOT allowed.

Bringing of cellular phones and any other gadgets, such as smartwatches, calculators, wristwatches with a calculator, books and other forms of printed materials and all other similar items, is NOT allowed. If brought, these shall be surrendered to the Room Examiners. Firearms must be surrendered to the security guard or designated firearm custodian at the entrance gate of the school/testing venue.

Proper attire must be observed on examination day. SLEEVELESS SHIRT/BLOUSE, SHORT PANTS, and SLIPPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
