The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,033 out of 2,503 passed the Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination and 1,020 out of 1,273 passed the Electronics Technician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao this April 2017.
The members of the Board of Electronics Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Alnar L. Detalla, Chairman, Engr. Enrico Claro R. Delmoro and Engr. Herminio J. Orbe, Members.
The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with Professional Regulatory Board of Electronics Engineering conducted the aforementioned licensure exams in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao, last April 2 (Sunday) and 3 (Monday), 2017.

DATE OF RELEASE
Last October of 2016, a total 1,914 out of 4,742 passed the Electronics Engineer Licensure Exam and 2,722 out of 3,642 passed the Electronics Technician Board Exam given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and Lucena. The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.
University of the Philippines (UP-Diliman) declared as top performing schools for the electronics engineer with a total passed of 53 examinees and 100% passing percentage. While University of Santo Tomas (UST) declared as top performing schools for electronics technician with total passed of 86 examinees and 98.85% passing rate, next is Mapua Institute of Technology of Technology – Manila with 95.28%, University of Saint La Salle, 92.73% passing rate and followed by seven other schools.
A pride of UST, who got the highest placed in the electronics engineer board exam, he is Masaru Quemquem Nakaegawa with garnered score of 92.30%. And three passers are tied that got the rank one (1) position in the electronics technician board exam with score of 93.00%, namely: Ronnel Padiernos Dayawon of University of the East (UE – Caloocan), Hexina Espiritu Madolid from De La Salle University (DLSU – Dasma) and Voncarlo Giovanni Dideles Pasco of Technological of the Philippines (TUP – Visayas).
