The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,536 out of 3,772 Registered Electrical Engineers and 1,886 out of 2,993 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Zamboanga this September 2015.

The members of the Board of Electrical Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Francis V. Mapile, Officer-In-Charge and Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza, Member.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on September 16, 2015 for R. M. E. and September 17 & 18, 2015 for R.E.E. Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
  • 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag),
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and
  • 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and
  • Pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018 for REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER;
  • Initial Registration Fee of P450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2015-2018 for REGISTERED MASTER ELECTRICIAN.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

The said examination was held in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Zamboanga on September 5 – 6, 2015 for REE and September 7, 2015 for RME given by the Board of Electrical Engineering.

The results are expected to be release within three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.

Last April 2015 examination, PRC announced that 884 out of 1,886  Registered Electrical Engineers and 1,134 out of 2,705 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena.

Pride of Eastern Visayas State University -Tacloban topped in the April 2015 REE examination results by the name of Price Gyl Conde Dimpas with garnered score of 89.25%. While Francis Tinge Descartin of University of San Jose Recoletos led the passers for April 2015 RME Exam.

Batangas State University – Batangas City (PBMIT) declared by PRC as the top performing schools for REE and Dela Salle University – Lipa for RME.
