The said January 2014 LET exam was in different testing centers nationwide: Baguio, Bay-bay City Leyte, Cagayan de Oro, Catarman Northern Samar, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Jolo Sulu, Legazpi, Lucena, Manila, Pagadian, Tawi-Tawi, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga City.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announces that 11,120 elementary teachers out of 38,377 examinees (28.98%) and 12,033 secondary teachers out of 42,358 examinees (28.41%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last January 26, 2014 in 15 testing centers all over the Philippines.
The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.
The results of examination with respect to five (5) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination. Likewise, the examination results of examinees from Catarman and Baybay were withheld pending final review of the authenticity of their submitted documents.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration in N. C. R. will start on April 7, 2014. The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following: 1) duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; 2) latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula); 3) 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag); 4) metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and 5) the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017. Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

PRC stated that 80,693 examinees took the LET last January 26, 2014 in 15 different testing centers nationwide.
The PRC said that bulk of LET takers comes from the National Capital Region with an estimated 18,055 examinees followed by Davao with 8,202 and Cagayan de Oro with 8,152 examinees.
Catarman, Northern Samar and Baybay City, Leyte were included as additional testing centers for the January 26 BLEPT on account of the poor and unstable condition of the buildings and facilities in Tacloban and for the convenience and comfort of the examinees coming from the region.
Meanwhile, the teachers licensure examinations in Zamboanga City, Jolo Sulu and Tawi-tawi Testing Centers, which were recently re-set due to armed hostilities and security issues in the region, will have 3,881; 1,938; and 1,830 examinees, respectively.

Last teachers exam, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announced that 19,384 elementary teachers out of 62,160 examinees (31.18%) and 25,755 secondary teachers out of 64,792 examinees (39.75 %) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last September 29, 2013 in 17 testing centers all over the Philippines.
Graduate from Golden Heritage Polytechnic College – Carmen lead the passers, Miriam Aranzado Miranda got the 90.60% score for Elementary Level, and pride of University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the first placed in Secondary level in the name of Dale Aldrinn Pradel garnered of 93.00%.
UST declared as top performing schools for elementary level with total numbers of 149 examinees with 100.00% of passing rate. While as top performing schools for secondary level is Philippine Normal University – Manila performed 89.43% of passing rate.

LET of March 2013
In March 2013, 10,310 elementary teachers out of 37,117 examinees (27.78%) and 15,223 secondary teachers out of 38,433 examinees (39.61%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last March 10, 2013 in 14 testing centers all over the Philippines and Hong Kong. Thirty (30) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.
Aileen Ventilnilla Dacasin leads the Elementary Level with rating score of 89.80% and followed by Mae Gabrielle de Chavez Gabrieles ranked in second place, with 88.00% rating score,Both of them are graduates of University of the Philippines – Diliman.
Pride of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), Percival Byron Salazar Bueser got the highest placed in Secondary Level, with score of 94.00% and followed by Conrado Trinidad Sotelo of Manila Tytana Colleges, Inc (for Manila Doctors College) garnered of 92.00%.
Only Talisay City College (TCC) declared and qualified as top performing schools in elementary level with passing percentage of 90.42% and University of the Philippines (UP)- Diliman performed 95.00% in secondary level.
