Exam Result February 2014 Physical Occupational Therapist Board Exam

The February 2014 Physical and Occupational Therapists Licensure Examination also known as PT and OT Board Exam is expected to be release online. Once it become available, the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing and performance of schools is posted here.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Professional Regulatory Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy administered the aforementioned examination last February 2 & 3, 2014 in selected testing centers in Manila and Cebu.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 370 out of 711 passed the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination and 25 out of 88 passed the Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2014.
The members of the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy who gave the licensure examinations are Pollyana G. Escano, Chairman; Raul G. Agustin, Bernadette M. Reyes, Delia R. Pabalan and Rolland Lyle D. Duque, Members.

DATE OF RELEASE

Based on the PRC Resolution No. 2013-782 Series of 2013, entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2014”, the target release date for the result of February 2014 Physical and Occupational Therapists Board Exam will be on February 6, 2014 (Thursday). However, the result may be released earlier or later without prior notice.

EXAMINATION COVERAGE

The two (2) days examination for PT covered the following topics: Basic sciences (30%); Medical and surgical conditions, Pathology (25%); Physical therapy applications, Electrotherapy, Therapeutics exercises, Principles of rehabilitation & hydrotherapy(45%).

While for OT covered the following topics: Basic sciences (20%); General medical and surgical conditions, (20%); Occupational therapy applications, Programs, Organization and Psychosocial Dysfunction, Physical Disabilities(60%).
