Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Regulatory Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy release the results of February 2 – 3, 2014 Physical Therapist (PT) and Occupational Therapist (OT) Board Exam, also known as February 2014 Physical and Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 370 out of 711 passed the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination and 25 out of 88 passed the Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2014.
The members of the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy who gave the licensure examinations are Pollyana G. Escano, Chairman; Raul G. Agustin, Bernadette M. Reyes, Delia R. Pabalan and Rolland Lyle D. Duque, Members.
The results were released in three (3) working days from the last day of examinations.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on February 13 & 14, 2014. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Last PT & OT examination, the Professional Regulation Commission PRC announced that 355 out of 679 passed the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination and 64 out of 150 passed the Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination.
Phoebe Dawn Go Evangelista and Jerome Delfin Cagampan Paguyo from University of Santo Tomas. topped the board with 86.00 rating and Graduate of University of the Philippines-Manila, Eve Barbara Laputan Reynante lead the OT board exam with 80.20 rating
The said examination was given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in the cities of Manila and Cebu this August 2013.

Last February 2013 board exam, 285 out of 579 passed the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination. Mary Kathleen Sabile Samarista of University of Santo Tomas (UST) got the highest place with score of 86.95 followed by Barbara Jane Labao Auson of University of Perpetual Help System (UPHS – Laguna) with 86.60 and Hyacinth Rosario Fernandez Callao of Silliman University, 85.65 in third rank. University of Santo Tomas hailed as the top performing schools. And, only 32 out of 64 passed the Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination. University of the Philippines ( UP – Manila) declared as the top performing schools. The results were released in two (2) working days.
