Room Assignments November 2013 Aeronautical Engineers Licensure Examination

prc-logo-philippines The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)  announces that the room/building assignments of the  November 2013 Aeronautical Engineers Licensure Examination also known as November 2013 Aeronautical Engineers Board Exam is posted here. 

The said examination will be given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Aeronautical Engineering on November 12, 13 and 14, 2013 in Manila.

Room Assignments:

Itinerary and Coverage of the Examination: 

Tuesday, November 12, 2013 – The topics are: Aircraft Structure & Design (Aircraft Design Fundamentals; Structural Loading Conditions), weight – 20%. Aircraft Construction, Repair and Modification (Aircraft Materials and Processes; Methods and Techniques in Repair and Modification in accordance with Civil Airworthiness Regulations; Manufacturing/Production Processes and Quality Assurance), weight – 15%.

Wednesday, November 13, 2013 – Includes: Aerodynamics (Fundamental of Low-High Speed Aerodynamics, Application of Aerodynamics to Fixed/Rotary Wing Aircraft Configurations, Performance, Stability and Control; Wind Tunnels and Applications), (25%). Mathematics (Algebra, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, Calculus and Differential Equations with Aeronautical Engineering Applications, (10%).

Thursday, November 14, 2013 – Includes: Aircraft Powerplant (Thermodynamics and Power Plant Design and Operation Fundamentals with Applications to Internal Condition Engines Reciprocating Engines Aircraft Gas Turbine, Pulsejet and Ramjet, Rocket Propulsion System and other Aircraft Power Systems. 20%). Engineering Economics and Management, Laws and Ethics, ( (20%). Indexing and Abstracting, (15%) and Information Technology, (10%)  with total weight of 100%.


  1. Your school/building assignment will be posted at the PRC premises two or three days before the examination. Bring your NOTICE OF ADMISSION when you verify your school/building assignment. Visit your school/building assignment prior to the day of the examination.
  2. Report to the school/building assignment before 6:30 A.M. on the first day of examination to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual, late examinees will not be admitted. Examination fee of ABSENT Examinees will be forfeited.
  3. Examinees are required to wear the following attire every examination day.
    • Male Examinees – White polo or t-shirts with collar, tucked-in
    • Female Examinees – White blouses or t-shirts with collar.
  4. Bring the following on examination day:
    • Notice of Admission
    • Official Receipt
    • One (1) piece metered-stamped window mailing envelope
    • Two or more pencils (No. 2)
    • Ball pen with BLACK ink only
    • One (1) piece long brown envelope
    • One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
    • Non-programmable Calculator (refer to list on the Examinees Guide).
  5. The following are PROHIBITED inside the examination premises/rooms
    • Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula
    • CELLULAR PHONES, beepers, portable computers or similar gadgets/devices.
    • Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, attache case, backpacks, etc.)
    • Other examination aides not stated on this program shall not be brought inside the examination building.

    NOTE: PRC will not be answerable for prohibited items that will be lost.
