The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,643 out of 3,063 Registered Electrical Engineers and 1,030 out of 2,126 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Zamboanga this September 2013.
The members of the Board of Electrical Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Fortunato C. Leynes, Chairman; Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza and Engr. Francis V. Mapile, Members.
The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on September 23, 24 and 25, 2013. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016 for REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER; Initial Registration Fee of P450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2013-2016 for REGISTERED MASTER ELECTRICIAN. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
The said examination held in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Zamboanga on September 7 & 8, 2013 for REE and September 9, 2013 for RME. Board exam results are expected to be released within three (3) working days from the last day of examination. This post will update, once the official results is posted by the PRC.
The same period of September 2012, only 1,569 out of 2,947 Registered Electrical Engineers and 664 out of 1,876 Registered Master Electricians has successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Zamboanga testing centers.
There are two examinees leads the REE examination; Rue Lei Acuña Balicaco of Saint Louis University (SLU) and Bernard Bandojo Alzaga with rated score of 91.50%. while Wilfredo Lignes Mata Jr. got the second highest places scored 91.20%. Alzaga and Mata are graduates of Bicol University – Legazpi.
University of Santo Tomas (UST) is the only school declared as the top performing schools in September 2012 REE results, it means that schools with 50 or more examinees passed at least with 80% passing percentage.
Charles Japeth Antones Dichoso, graduate of Sorsogon State College – Sorsogon got the highest places in the RME board exam with rated score of 90%, second places is from the north, by James Philip De Leon Jardiel of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) – San Fernando scored 89%.
Camarines Norte State College – Daet is the top performing schools in the September 2012 RME board exam results, Examination results last year was released after three (3) working days.
